Full Body Fit! Seated

Full Body Fit! Seated (NEW) 

In this class, seated, you will work your body from head to toe.  It is mainly focused on strength training and range of motion to help you stay strong and flexible for everyday life.  We will work with body weight exercises as well as light free weights to incorporate things that you can do at home to stay strong between classes.  

Please bring: A set of light weights.
