The Pilates based exercises are designed to bring our bodies into a stronger and more functional alignment so that you can continue to feel younger and stronger. Whether it’s stretching tight areas or strengthening weak spots, Pilates readies us for the daily activities we call life.

Required: Comfortable clothing, mat, water bottle and towel
