UPDATE - DECEMBER 15, 2017:
The OMB has made a decision with respect to the appliucation for a Class A licence for the removal of aggregate. Further questions regarding this decision can be directed to the Ontario Municipal Board, 416-212-6349.
UPDATE - APRIL 20, 2017:
A notice of appeal has been filed with the Township by the County of Wellington due to the fact that the Zoning By-law Amendment does not currently conform with the County's Official Plan. This appreal has been withdrawn.
The Township of Guelph/Eramosa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment Application for the above-noted property and the application was considered complete at the Council Meeting of February 6, 2017 for the purposes of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c. P. 13.
Since this is a new Zoning By-law Amendment application under the Planning Act, the Township is required to create a new contact list for further notification. If you are interested in providing comments on this new application or if you would like to be notified of any future meetings/updates regarding this new application, please provide your name, address, city, province, postal code and telephone number to the attention of:

Agency comments with respect to this Zoning By-law Amendment should be provided before February 24, 2017 and/or a written request for notification must be resubmitted to the Township Clerk as indicated above.
A statutory public meeting, to receive input from members of the public, will be held on March 6, 2017, 7:00 p.m. at the Township's Municipal Office.

The applicant has also filed a related application to the County of Wellington to revise Schedule A3 of the County of Wellington Official Plan (Township of Guelph/Eramosa).
