We can all agree we are living through an unprecedented time in history. The COVID-19 virus has caught us off guard forcing us to take life a day at a time and to isolate ourselves physically from others. In its wake living through it is challenging our resolve, and need to be socially connected. The ability to persevere and come out on top following sudden, overwhelming, challenging events is called resilience. Together in this workshop we will explore resilience as a trait that can be learned and developed in anyone at any age. We will create a community visioning mind map designed to tap into the possibilities of "Now What" and start the conversation of what your resilience plan could look like.
