Work is underway to complete the new 1.7 km multi-purpose trail at Rockmosa Park in Rockwood.  This trail around the perimeter of the park will have a paved surface and will allow for walking, running and biking throughout the park.

This new trail is expected to be open for use this summer.

The Township wishes to thank the Ontario Trillium Foundation for a generous grant in the amount of $127,000 to complete this important community project.

A multi-purpose trail within Rockmosa Park was identified as a recommendation with high priority in the 2013 Parks and Recreation Master Plan and it was also identified as a recommendation in the 2015 Rockmosa Park Master Plan.
