At the Regular meeting of Council on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., Steven Liebig will be sworn into office in Council Chambers at the Municipal Office, 8348 Wellington Road 124, Brucedale.
Following the declaration of the Ward Three seat vacancy on March 7, 2022, as a result of Louise Marshall’s resignation, Council passed a resolution with unanimous consent to appoint Steven Liebig, the second-place candidate in the 2018 municipal election, as the Township’s Ward Three Councillor for the remainder of the 2018-2022 Term of Council.
“What an amazing opportunity I’ve been given to represent the residents of Ward Three in the Township of Guelph/Eramosa”, said Mr. Liebig.
Following the Oath of Office, Mr. Liebig will assume his seat with the rest of Council for the remainder of the meeting and immediately commence his duties as the Ward Three Councillor.
