Council meetings are conducted in a hybrid fashion (in-person and virtually).

The Council of the Township of Guelph/Eramosa meets on the first and third Monday of every month at 1:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted below.
Special Council Meetings may be scheduled from time to time, with at least 2 days notice that the meeting will be taking place.
Council usually meets in the Council Chambers which is located within the Township's Municipal Office at 8348 Wellington Road 124. Currently the Municipal Office is open to the public and Council and Committee meetings are being conducted in a hybrid fashion (both in-person and virtually), however the public are still encouraged where possible to attend the meeting virtually.
