For the purpose of Council and Committee agendas, delegations have until 12:00 p.m. on the last business day before the Council or Committee Meeting to notify the Clerk they wish to register as a delegation or to submit written submissions on items on the agenda. A delegation request form must be submitted to clerks@get.on.ca. A copy of the delegation request form can be found here.
Before you decide to appear before Council or a Committee, you are encouraged to discuss your concerns with a member of Township staff. If your issue cannot be resolved, staff will assist you with the process of registering as a delegation.
